Ones important groups of the Human Right is International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent1 is the largest humanitarian network in the world, is neutral and impartial and objective is to help affected people in public health emergencies, traffic accidents, natural disasters or armed conflicts free and humane. While the Red Cross works in preparation software disasters like floods, earthquakes, avalanches, fires, among others, also supports programs to combat the spread of diseases like tuberculosis, malaria and avian flu. It also acts to combat the violence and discrimination, and improves human rights.
Currently the Red Cross movement is in 186 countries. It is completely independent organization and non-profit, with is funded by donations from public or private institutions and from governments. In the case of Costa Rica Red Cross promotes Tico Bingo as income to the institution, so it is very important to contribute to the Red Cross and that at any time could use his help.
